A very special limited release in response to the topic of Toxic Masculinity, which refers to harmful behaviour and attitudes that are commonly associated with men. Such as the need to repress emotions and to act as a ‘man’ or to act in an aggressive or violent way in response to certain situations.

As someone who suffers from depression, I understand the stigma behind toxic masculinity, the feeling of hiding your true feelings and repressing emotions to minimise the risk of looking sensitive in front of others. The fact is, it's okay to release your emotions, to cry, to feel sad, and to be sensitive towards yourself and others.
